The client wanted the design to reflect their corporate values — strength, precision, and long-term thinking — while still offering a modern, wearable piece. Working alongside their brand team, we translated their corporate identity into a refined watch concept, featuring custom dial accents and a caseback engraved with their logo and founding year.
We developed the collection using Swiss parts and ensured every detail — from color palette to strap options — aligned with the brand’s visual language. Each watch was delivered in a custom box bearing the employee’s name and achievement, making the unboxing experience feel personal and prestigious.
The program launched with a limited batch to celebrate a company-wide milestone, and was later adopted into their ongoing recognition strategy — given at retirements, anniversaries, and executive promotions.
